The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the terms and conditions of use and procedures for the SomeDo service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') operated by Minor Angles (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.

1. "Service"

Refers to the SomeDo record management service provided by the Company and all related services.

2. "User"

Refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3. "Member"

Refers to a person who uses the Service by logging in with a Google account or Apple ID.

4. "Non-member"

Refers to a person who uses the Service without logging in.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

Non-members

Personal use through local browser storage

Members

Cloud synchronization through Google account or Apple ID integration

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Account Management)

1. Registration Process

Membership registration is done through Google OAuth 2.0 or Apple Sign In, and registration is completed by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Account Security

  • • Google account security is managed according to Google's policies.
  • • Apple ID security is managed according to Apple's policies.
  • • Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts.

Article 8 (Content Ownership and License)

1. Ownership of User Content

All intellectual property rights for records, photos, and other content created by users in the Service belong to the users. The Company does not claim ownership of user content.

2. License for Service Provision

Users grant the Company the following limited license for service use:

  • • Storage, backup, and replication for service provision and operation
  • • Display and transmission for service feature implementation
  • • Service improvement and technical problem resolution

3. Community Sharing (Optional)

Only when users consent to using community features:

  • • Disclosure of anonymized record content to other users
  • • Personal identification information is completely removed
  • • Can stop sharing and delete previously shared content at any time
  • • Immediate deletion upon report of inappropriate content

4. AI Technology Utilization and Service Improvement

To provide a better user experience, we may develop the following AI technologies using anonymized content:

  • • Personalized to-do recommendations and priority suggestions
  • • Automatic category classification and tag system
  • • Automatic detection of spam and inappropriate content
  • • AI model training and development for service usability improvement

5. Service Operation and Sustainability

For continuous provision and improvement of the Service, the Company may improve the Service through anonymized usage pattern analysis and generate revenue through appropriate levels of advertising or premium features. This is for providing the Service free of charge and continuous development.

6. Limitations and Prohibitions

  • • Will not use for AI training in a form that allows personal identification
  • • Will not sell original content to third parties without user consent
  • • Will not provide original data to external commercial AI models
  • • Will not share content in a form that allows personal identification

Article 9 (Content Management and Community Operation)

1. Community Usage Principles

  • • Content that helps others and has a positive impact
  • • Content that does not include personal information or sensitive information
  • • Content that does not infringe on others' rights such as copyrights
  • • Prohibition of illegal or inappropriate content

2. Content Reporting and Management

If inappropriate content is discovered, you can report it immediately through the reporting function, and the Company will review the reported content and take measures such as deletion if necessary.

3. User Rights

  • • Right to request deletion of shared content
  • • Right to discontinue use of community features
  • • Right to report inappropriate content
  • • Right to check personal information processing status and request deletion

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and details on the processing of personal information are subject to the Privacy Policy.
